Wi-Fi that reaches everywhere
Jacksonville homes are often long and spread out, and block walls can stop a signal cold. A mesh Wi-Fi system with two or three units usually fixes dead spots for good. Your pro sets it up, moves your devices over and tests every room.
Help for parents and grandparents
Setting up a new phone or tablet, getting video calls working, cleaning up email, making the TV simple to use. Your pro is patient and explains things in plain English, and can leave a simple written cheat sheet.

How pricing works
Tech help hour is a flat $80 per item. It includes up to 1 hour of work for each one, which covers most jobs. If yours needs more time, it's $80 an hour after that, billed in 30 minute steps, and we ask before going over. Parts and materials are extra, at cost.
The price is the same anywhere in our area. There's no travel fee within 10 miles of central Jacksonville, and a flat $35 travel fee from 11 to 30 miles out, like Jacksonville Beach, Nocatee, Ponte Vedra, Fleming Island and Orange Park.

Yes. That's one of the most common bookings. You can book for them and add their address.
Do I need to buy equipment first?
Not always. Your pro can tell you what to get, or pick it up at cost.
Can you fix slow Wi-Fi?
Usually. Often it's router placement or a mesh system.
Is there a travel fee?
No travel fee within 10 miles of central Jacksonville. From 11 to 30 miles out, there's a flat $35 travel fee. You'll see it at checkout.
When do I pay?
You pay online when you book, with Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay or card. If the job needs extra time, you approve and pay for it in the app.
What if the job takes longer?
Each price includes the time most jobs take. If yours needs more, it's $80 an hour after, and we ask before going over. We can also come back another day.
Can I tip?
Yes. You can leave a tip in the app after the job. It's always optional.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel up to 24 hours before for a full refund.
