Keypad and app-controlled deadbolts that replace your existing deadbolt. Great for rentals, dog walkers and never hiding a key again.
Making it all work together
Alexa, Google Home or Apple Home. Your pro links your devices and sets up simple routines, like lights on at sunset with smart plugs.

How pricing works
Smart home setup is a flat $100. It includes up to 1 hour of work, which covers most jobs. If yours needs more time, it's $80 an hour after that, billed in 30 minute steps, and we ask before going over. Parts and materials are extra, at cost.
The price is the same anywhere in our area. There's no travel fee within 10 miles of central Jacksonville, and a flat $35 travel fee from 11 to 30 miles out, like Jacksonville Beach, Nocatee, Ponte Vedra, Fleming Island and Orange Park.

Yes, battery and plug-in Ring models. Hardwired installs need a licensed electrician, so we're adding those later.

Is there a travel fee?
No travel fee within 10 miles of central Jacksonville. From 11 to 30 miles out, there's a flat $35 travel fee. You'll see it at checkout.
When do I pay?
You pay online when you book, with Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay or card. If the job needs extra time, you approve and pay for it in the app.
What if the job takes longer?
Each price includes the time most jobs take. If yours needs more, it's $80 an hour after, and we ask before going over. We can also come back another day.
Can I tip?
Yes. You can leave a tip in the app after the job. It's always optional.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel up to 24 hours before for a full refund.
